A Night to Remember at Cuzin's

On July 15, 2026, Cuzin’s Seafood & Clam Bar in Marlboro hosted the first Best Restaurants NJ tasting event, creating an evening centered around exceptional food, lively energy, and genuine hospitality. From the moment guests arrived, the atmosphere felt elevated and welcoming, and each table was prepared for a dining experience designed to unfold course by course.

Guests were taken through a specially curated tasting featuring cold and hot appetizers, seafood, steak, pasta, and dessert. The menu highlighted favorites such as fresh oysters, baked clams, crispy lobster wontons, tomahawk steak, whole red snapper, branzino, truffle scallops, and spicy rigatoni. Each course was thoughtfully presented, giving guests the opportunity to experience the variety and bold flavors found throughout the Cuzin’s menu.

Chef Jimmy brought his signature style directly to the dining room through a selection of dishes curated exclusively for the event. The evening felt even more personal with Charlie, the owner, spending time speaking with guests, visiting tables, and making sure everyone felt welcomed and included in the experience.

To end the meal, each table received a generous dessert assortment featuring tiramisu, crème brûlée, Belgian chocolate pudding, and more. The DJ kept the energy building throughout the night, and by the final course, guests were out of their seats dancing, socializing, and enjoying the celebration.
