“We went to Pascal & Sabine to celebrate our anniversary, and it was absolutely perfect. This restaurant has been one of our longtime favorites, and once again, it did not disappoint.

Our server, Phil, was excellent — attentive, warm, and genuinely made our evening feel special. We tried a few new dishes along with our usual favorites, and everything was delicious. From the atmosphere to the service to the food, every detail was spot on.

“The service made this place an unforgettable gem ! Our waitress knew what to recommend, had a backstory behind each dish and a pairing to go with! I was very impressed with their cocktails, mussels and the french onion soup! Didn’t get the hype of the escargots here, had better .
