“We hit this spot expecting a really good meal and we were not disappointed!!! We had an omelette, strawberry Nutella pancakes, pancake tacos, cheesesteak, avocado toast, and the breakfast platter. Everyone was very happy!!!! Plenty of seating inside and outside. Staff was fantastic! Parking was easy right on the street.”-Cyndi G.

“It's hard to know where to start with this homey, wonderful breakfast and lunch spot! My family discovered Patti's when we bought our beach house 6 years ago in Chadwick Beach. Patti's makes incredible food, has a great atmosphere, has the most wonderful staff, and all in all is our NUMBER 1 place to go to eat at the beach! If we are down for a day or a week, we eat breakfast there every day. We never get tired of it because there's always something great to eat waiting just down the block. We depend on Patti's and I don't know what we'd do without it!”-Judy K.
